THE POST?

We are actively looking for a versatile logistics operator to join our team.  

Objectives?

In particular, you will be responsible for collecting, packaging and delivering ordered
goods; carrying out various handling operations, such as unloading,
checking and storing products.

MISSIONS?

Assignments will be spread over the week, with 2 to 3 days spent on reception and 2 to 3 days on preparation. 

Preparation:

  • Item picking/picking   
  • Follow a picking path and complete assigned orders using a picker and picking cart. 
  • Order packaging 
  • assemble parcels or pallets in strict accordance with customer-specific instructions 
  • Order shipment 
  • Issue delivery notes and transport labels, then dispatch parcels or pallets to the shipping area 

Reception :

  • Unloading goods 
  • Greet drivers and help unload merchandise; check consignment notes and the number and condition of parcels/pallets; enter unloading data into computer system 
  • Product control 
  • Check the consistency of items and quantities received against the indications on the delivery note; enter the quantities received using the TP. 
  • Placing in stock 
  • Scan items and arrange them for picking or on pallets 

CSR: respecting the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility :  

  • Respect sorting instructions 
  • Use dunnage and adhesive in reasonable quantities 
  • Use as much recycled cardboard and cushioning as possible to limit the use of new materials 
  • Respect the IT charter  
  • Participate in mutual aid within the team  

Others :

  • Help keep premises and equipment organized and clean 
  • Back-up the stock management team as needed 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • A taste for teamwork and versatility 💪  
  • Rigor, concentration, respect for procedures ✔️ 
  • Comfortable handling and carrying loads ✔️ 
  • Successful experience in a similar position ✔️ 
  • CACES 1, 3, 5 welcome but not required 👌 

Operating conditions

Location: 28-30 Boulevard Gaston Birgé, ANGERS. 

Contract start date: as soon as possible 

Type of contract: 1 to 2-month fixed-term contract 

Status: Worker

Hours : 35h Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:45pm. Additional overtime
possible, recovered or paid.

Remuneration: €21,204 gross per annum + salary scale according to seniority and performance
