It's the key moment, before parcel preparation, when products are retrieved from the warehouse by the operator. Depending on the quantity ordered by your customer, the operator picks items from shelves or racks. He then proceeds to the packing stage, before labelling and dispatching the order. And that's all part of the order-picking process!
